We want you to love your Adam Ferrara merch. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email contact@adamferrara.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Items marked "Final Sale"

• Digital products (comedy albums, downloads)

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
